Sales Representative

Minimum Requirements: Must have High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree with a concentration in electronics and/or sales preferred. Applicants should have 1-5 years experience in technical service sales or as a service representative with emphasis on direct client contact. You must be self motivated and understand the importance of customer relationships

Description of Duties:

• Develop and utilize professional presentation, prospecting, qualifying, appointment skills, and goal planning
• Maintain an updated understanding of industry changes and trends
• Communicates sales activity, and report on progress
• Develop and maintain a time management system for maximum productivity
• Understand and negotiate contracts, special provisions, and terms and conditions.
• Build strong relationships to increase customer confidence
• Develop renovation opportunities

Field Service & Inspection Technician

Minimum Requirements: Must have High School Diploma Formal Technical Schooling, or Military Training and/or related Associates Degree. Applicants should have 1-3 years experience in Fire Alarm Industry and/or 1-3 years field service with electronics background.  You must be self motivated, excellent  communication skills and be customer service oriented.  Computer skills a must. Required to obtain appropriate licenses required by National, State and Local codes. NICET certification a plus.

Description of Duties:

• Performs Preventive Maintenance Inspections
• Perform system service calls on various low voltage systems
• Possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks
• Identify and evaluate problems
• Troubleshooting
• Perform proper repairs
• Observe and report any other deficiencies
• Make recommendations as necessary
• Document all aspects of service.
• Verify system operation
• Review work with client
• Perform installation of equipment
• Pull wire runs
• Termination of device
• Participates in rotating on call roster
• Maintains job site cleanliness
• Adheres to all safety guidelines
• Ability to provide efficient and timely service in all duties assigned
• Ability to use tact, diplomacy, and professionalism when interacting with clients, superiors, and co-workers
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to travel
